Listing fees

Listing an item on FLIP is free. A listing lasts for 90 minutes or until the item is sold. After 90 minutes if the item has not sold, then the listing expires.

Transaction fee

When you make a sale on FLIP, you will be charged 10% of the sale price for items sold. This percentage does not include any shipping cost or tax. Transaction fees are subtracted from the deposits we make to you.

Flaker Fee

To maintain trust and security on our marketplace, Flip charges a flaker fee of 20% to any user who no longer wishes to complete a transaction after the auction has ended.

For example: Total sale price is $100 x 20% = $20 Flaker Fee

Buyers - any user that has won an auction and does not select a delivery preference before 24 hour window closes, the buyer will be charged a Flaker Fee equal to the amount of 20% of the total sale price.

Sellers - when Flip has successfully collected payment on your behalf from the auction winner and the seller decides to no longer complete the transaction they will be charged a Flaker Fee equal to the amount of 20% of the total sale price.
