You are protected every time you place an order on FLIP.
If your order never arrives, we’ll refund your payment. If your item does not match the description, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After we verify your claim, we’ll refund your payment.
We have policies in place to protect you on FLIP. This is FLIP Protect.
How does FLIP Protect work?
Simple. When you purchase an item on FLIP, we don’t release payment to the seller until you tell us you’ve received your order and it’s as described in the listing. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours after your order is delivered, we’ll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
However, if your order has damage that was not disclosed in the listing or is in some other way not as described in the listing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery by reporting the problem by sending an email to email@example.com with photos and details. If we verify your claim, we’ll send you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label for you to return the item to the seller and we’ll refund your payment. If there are any other issues with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What does FLIP Protect cover?
If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem immediately by sending an email to email@example.com:
- Damaged item
- Wrong item
- Missing item
- Item not as described
- Replica or fake item
FLIP Protect only covers verifiable claims as determined by the Team @FLIP.
Trades and Offline Transactions
FLIP Protect does not cover trades or any transaction completed off of the FLIP platform (e.g. paid through PayPal). When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the FLIP platform, we cannot and do not guarantee that both parties ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transaction.
